Media Buyer / Videographer / Social Media & Content Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Marketing & Media Specialist to join our team. This role blends digital marketing, videography, and social media expertise to generate qualified buyer and seller leads while elevating our brand presence in the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify the most effective media platforms and audience segments.
• Generate qualified buyer and seller leads through highly targeted campaigns.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend innovative media opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Shoot and edit high-quality property listing videos, walkthroughs, drone footage, and agent branding content.
• Optimize campaigns and content strategies based on performance data.
• Maintain organized media assets for listings and advertising campaigns.
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with listing launches, market trends, and branding initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding for agents and property marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, videography, or social media management, preferably in real estate.
• Proven experience marketing real estate listings with measurable results.
• Proficiency with video editing software and production tools.
• Strong understanding of local real estate market trends.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple listing deadlines simultaneously.
