Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Buying
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct detailed audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Monitor daily campaign performance to maintain ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM targets.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance data.
- Ensure pixel, tracking setups, and conversion events are properly configured.
Content Strategy
- Develop strategic content plans aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
- Create content calendars for social media, ads, reels, and website communication.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives (static, video, UGC scripts).
- Identify trending content formats and incorporate them into brand strategy.
- Provide detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and influencers.
- Optimize content for engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Research customer behavior and craft strong hooks, angles, and messages.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in media buying and/or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing metrics.
- Experience with content planning, storytelling, and creative direction.
- Ability to analyze data and make ROI-focused decisions.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and consumer psychology.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in eCommerce (preferred but not mandatory).
