Role Overview

We are looking for a hungry, data-driven Media Buyer Intern to join our team and assist in managing high-growth advertising campaigns. This role is designed for someone who wants to move past the theory of digital marketing and gain hands-on experience managing real budgets and scaling brands.

This is an initial internship period focused on training and integration. Based on performance and campaign results, this role is intended to transition into a paid, full-time position within 2–3 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Campaign Management: Assist in the setup, launch, and daily monitoring of ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google.
• Creative Strategy: Work with the team to brainstorm high-converting ad concepts and coordinate with designers to get assets ready.
• Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CPA, and CTR to identify what’s working and what isn't.
• Optimization: Learn to perform A/B tests on headlines, copy, and creative elements to squeeze more efficiency out of every dollar spent.
• Reporting: Help prepare weekly performance reports for clients to show growth and transparency.

• The "Media Buyer" Mindset: You are analytical, comfortable with numbers, and obsessed with why people click (and buy).
• Platform Curiosity: You have a basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (certifications are a plus, but not required).
• Reliability: You can meet deadlines and communicate proactively in a remote environment.
• Adaptability: You enjoy the fast-paced nature of performance marketing and can pivot when an algorithm changes.
