Media Buying Manager (PR Team, Saudi Arabia)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute media buying strategies across online and offline channels (digital, social, TV, OOH, print).

Manage relationships with media agencies, publishers, and platforms in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

Negotiate media rates, placements, and sponsorship packages to ensure cost efficiency and high impact.

Collaborate with PR team on campaign amplification, press coverage planning, and media partnerships.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPM, CPC, reach, engagement, ROI).

Identify opportunities for strategic media partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.

Track market trends and competitor media strategies to inform planning decisions.

Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in media buying / media planning / PR media strategy, preferably in consumer electronics or tech brands.

Strong understanding of Saudi media landscape (digital platforms, KOLs, publishers, TV, OOH).

Proven experience in media negotiation and vendor management.

Experience working with PR and marketing teams on integrated campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus; Chinese is a plus.

Preferred

Experience in mobile / consumer electronics brands.

Familiar with agency ecosystem in KSA.

Experience handling large campaign budgets.
