Location: Onsite — Gulberg Residencia, Gulberg Green, Islamabad, Pakistan

Experience: Fresh Graduate / Up to 1 Year

Work Timings: 10:00AM – 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Including 1-hour lunch break)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Media Buying / Paid Ads Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced performance marketing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong curiosity, a creative mindset, and basic familiarity with paid advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and other platforms
• Support audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign ideation
• Assist in ad copy testing, creative testing, and campaign optimization
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
• Identify opportunities for improved targeting, messaging, and performance
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new ad formats
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) / Fresh graduate / Up to 1 year experience
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and paid media concepts
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be available for onsite work in Islamabad

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of funnel strategy and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with UTM tracking, pixels, and reporting
• Interest in performance marketing and growth strategies
