Media Buying Specialist (Remote)

We're Hiring a Media Buying Specialist to join our team for part-time from 10 PM - 2AM!

Pencil Media Production is an LA-based, result-driven Digital Marketing Agency helping our clients generate more qualified leads and grow their businesses through different online marketing services.

In this role, you will use your ads management skills to manage our clients' social media ads and google ads.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4+ years of experience of Ads management

- Strong willingness to learn new ads strategies. Sensitive to recent ads trend.

- Attention to detail and ownership

- Strong, professional verbal communication

- Excellent writing and creative content skills

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy for core paid channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliates, display and retargeting as well as email marketing campaigns for our clients
• Set-up campaigns in digital media engines and traffic/manage creative
• Optimize campaigns to ensure best performing ads and keywords are running
• Analyze data to determine optimal targeting for digital ads
• Manage spend of campaigns to ensure that ads are delivered at desired pace
• Design targeting experiments and test new, novel ideas Research advertising industry to discover new technologies
• Manage vendors to ensure they are meeting requirements
• Troubleshoot ad serving/tracking issues as they arise
• Social media monitoring and research as well as tasks related to survey research, including compiling data, analysis, and assembling reports
• Responsible for End of Month deliverables and reporting
