Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media channels, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule social media posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond proactively to foster community engagement.
- Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and implementing best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to boost reach and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage relationships with media outlets, and enhance brand reputation.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating product visuals, promotional videos, and engaging descriptions that drive online sales.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital assets while ensuring proofreading accuracy for all published content.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design projects.
- Familiarity with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand presence online.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to craft compelling visual content through photography or video editing using relevant software tools.
- Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
