Company Overview: Carat Spark specializes in Lab diamond jewelry manufacturing, retail & wholesale around New England region. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join us to lead and support Social Media Marketing & Content Creation aspects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience with Lab Diamond Jewelry marketing.

Position Type: Contractual

Location: Remote (Near Simsbury, Connecticut) with weekly in office meetings

Duration: 3 mths+

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, etc.).
Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries.

Content Creation: Generate compelling and shareable content, including but not limited to graphics & videos
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.

Campaign Development: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Proficient in content creation tools and software
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently.
• Highly creative and able to think outside the box.
