Position Overview:
Hyd News Today LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Media Coordinator to manage, organize, and support the company’s multimedia and news distribution activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating content production, scheduling publications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital and broadcast platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily media operations including news content scheduling and publication workflows
• Assist in producing, editing, and distributing multimedia content (video, audio, and digital posts)
• Liaise with journalists, editors, designers, and external media partners to ensure timely delivery of content
• Manage social media platforms and support digital engagement strategies
• Monitor media coverage and compile performance reports and analytics
• Maintain media archives and ensure proper documentation of published materials
• Support live coverage coordination for events, breaking news, and special reports
• Ensure all content aligns with editorial guidelines and company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms and newsroom workflows
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a newsroom or media production environment
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools
