About the Role

We’re looking for an organized and reliable Media Coordinator to support our creative and production teams. You’ll be responsible for managing, downloading, organizing, and tracking video and media files to ensure smooth workflows and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Download, organize, and manage video and media files.

Maintain clear file naming and storage systems.

Coordinate between editors, designers, and content teams.

Ensure all assets are properly archived and updated.

Assist in quality checks and upload final deliverables.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of media formats and file management.

Comfortable with cloud storage tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Experience in a media, content, or production environment is a plus.
