Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Media Director to lead our media planning, buying, and execution efforts across multiple channels. This role is responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across digital, print, broadcast, and social channels
- Lead media planning and buying to ensure optimal reach, frequency, and cost efficiency
- Manage and mentor the media team, including planners, buyers, and analysts
- Oversee campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize media spend
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and external agencies to align messaging and campaigns
- Negotiate media rates, contracts, and partnerships with vendors and platforms
- Monitor market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity
- Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and business objectives
- Prepare reports and present performance insights to senior leadership
- Manage media budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or advertising
- 3–5+ years of leadership or director-level experience
- Strong knowledge of digital media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms)
- Experience with media analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
Pay: RO4,500.000 per month
Work Location: In person
