About the Role:
Tabuk is rapidly growing as a key media and digital content hub in Saudi Arabia, and at RedeHD Media Network, we are building a forward-thinking organization focused on high-quality broadcast and digital storytelling.
We are looking for a Media Director (Broadcast & Digital Media Operations) who can take full ownership of our media vision, operational structure, and content execution strategy. This is not just a managerial role—you will define how our media network operates across broadcast and digital platforms.
You will lead cross-functional teams across production, editorial, and technical departments, ensuring that creative ideas are executed with operational excellence. You are the link between strategy and execution, ensuring that every piece of content meets both creative and technical standards.
You will also act as the primary decision-maker for media workflows, broadcast quality, and content direction—balancing creativity, efficiency, and audience impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy Ownership:
Define and lead the overall media direction across broadcast and digital platforms.
Operational Leadership:
Oversee all media operations, ensuring smooth workflow execution from planning to final distribution.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead production, editorial, and technical teams while mentoring staff and improving overall performance.
Content Direction & Oversight:
Guide content planning and review output to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
Broadcast & Digital Management:
Supervise scheduling, transmission, and content delivery across all platforms.
Workflow Design & Optimization:
Build and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, speed, and reliability.
Stakeholder Communication:
Present strategies, operational updates, and performance insights to internal leadership and partners.
Performance Monitoring:
Track operational KPIs and media performance to guide decision-making and improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years in media operations, broadcast management, digital media, or content leadership, including at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership role.
Leadership Ability:
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in media production or broadcast environments.
Strategic Thinking:
Strong ability to translate organizational goals into actionable media strategies.
Operational Expertise:
Deep understanding of broadcast systems, content workflows, and digital media operations.
Decision-Making Skills:
Able to make fast, confident decisions in high-pressure media environments.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
