As a Media Executive, you’ll be at the heart of performance-led campaigns, turning audience insights into scroll-stopping results. From ad creation to optimization, you’ll learn how to make every click count—while growing your expertise across some of the world’s biggest platforms.


The Impact You’ll Drive

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Write compelling copy and visual briefs that power high-performing creatives
  • Track campaign KPIs and budgets (up to ₹10 Cr), ensuring efficient delivery and ROI
  • Run A/B tests, interpret metrics, and share actionable insights to scale performance
  • Stay sharp on platform updates, trends, and new formats to keep campaigns competitive
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, and client teams to ensure campaign alignment and innovation


What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in paid media campaign management
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics dashboards
  • Exposure to GenAI tools for planning, copy generation, or performance benchmarking
  • Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad placements, and funnel optimization
  • A balance of data smarts and creative thinking
  • Great communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance challenges on the go
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
