Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Media Executive/Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content that amplifies Teach the World Foundation (TTWF)’s brand story. This role will involve designing graphics, capturing and editing photos and videos, and managing multimedia projects across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials (posters, flyers, infographics, presentations, etc.)
- Capture and edit photos and videos for events, campaigns, interviews, and promotional content
- Conceptualize and execute multimedia content ideas aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage end-to-end production workflows (shoot planning, setup, lighting, editing, post-production)
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
- Maintain a well-organized archive of photo and video assets
- Stay updated on creative trends, design tools, and content best practices
- Any other task, for organizational needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Design, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and video production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) or similar tools
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Experience with motion graphics or animation
- Knowledge of branding and marketing principles
- Familiarity with DSLR cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
