Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Influencer to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will leverage your creativity, social media expertise, and strategic insight to amplify our brand presence across multiple channels. Your primary goal will be to engage target audiences, build authentic relationships, and drive measurable results through compelling content and influencer collaborations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand narratives, expand reach, and contribute to our digital marketing success. You will need to be camera friendly and need to speak good English, you will regularly make videos for the brand online and do Lives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content tailored for different channels, including videos, posts, stories, and blogs that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Manage influencer relationships from outreach to contract negotiations, ensuring clear communication and campaign deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, product management, and creative—to develop cohesive campaign strategies that support overall marketing objectives.
  • Utilize SEO best practices and content marketing techniques to optimize influencer content for search visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights; analyze data to refine strategies for better ROI.
  • Coordinate multichannel marketing efforts by integrating influencer initiatives with email marketing, print advertising, e-commerce platforms, and advertising sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, influencer practices, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
  • Assist in managing budgets for influencer collaborations while ensuring cost-effective results aligned with campaign goals.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools when needed for content development or campaign assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or influencer management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategies, content marketing principles, and multichannel marketing approaches.
  • Familiarity with advertising sales techniques and performance marketing metrics to maximize campaign impact.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for content editing; basic knowledge of HTML or WordPress is a plus.
  • Strong research skills to identify trending topics and influential partners within niche markets.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for various audiences.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and print advertising integration is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions; familiarity with analytics tools is essential.
  • Strong communication skills for outreach negotiations and cross-team collaboration.
