Media Intern

Mullins Media Co. – Lynchburg, VA
Mullins Media Co. is a local marketing and media company that specializes in serving our community with real estate media, photography, video production, branding, web design, headshots, SEO, Google Ads, and more.

We're looking for someone who already has experience with photography, videography, and editing, and who feels comfortable working in programs like Lightroom and Premiere Pro (Adobe Suite).

More than anything, we're looking for someone who is driven, teachable, flexible, highly attentive to detail, and motivated to continuously improve their craft. For the right person, this role can grow into something much bigger.

In general, this role would include:

• Photographing and filming residential and commercial properties
• Editing photos and videos
• Creating short-form clips for social media
• Organizing footage and preparing files for delivery
• Assisting with commercial and marketing photo/video shoots
• Learning and assisting with drone operations (when applicable)
• Communicating professionally with clients and team members

Requirements for this role:

• Must have experience with photography, videography, and editing
• The ability to get and maintain a drone license
• Must have professional editing software (Adobe Suite or similar)
• You must link your past work/portfolio to the application (No exceptions)
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have reliable high-speed internet for uploading and downloading media
• Must be driven, truthful, teachable, flexible, and highly attentive to detail
• Must be comfortable learning new skills and working independently when needed
• Real estate photography experience is a plus, but not required

On-site work will be paid hourly.
Editing completed off-site will be paid per project.
