Role Overview:

The Media Planning Associate will be responsible for independently managing media planning and execution support for assigned clients. The role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, client communication, and cross-team coordination to deliver effective and insight-led media solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into structured media recommendations
  • Create and manage media plans using internal tools, Excel, and presentations
  • Analyze data related to audiences, performance, pricing, and trends to support planning decisions
  • Handle client communication, queries, feedback, and revisions in a clear and professional manner
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Conduct market, category, and competitor research to identify opportunities and insights
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions with well-reasoned recommendations
Support post-campaign analysis and learning documentation.


Day-to-Day Work:

  • Media plan creation and updates
  • Data analysis and insight generation
  • Client coordination and presentations
  • Internal stakeholder alignment
Managing timelines, accuracy, and quality of outputs


Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing, analytical, or consulting roles
  • Hands-on experience working with data, reports, dashboards, or performance metrics
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Slides
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and draw insights
  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting ideas and recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
