About the Role
We are looking for a Media Production Manager to help us turn a large library of existing content — and new live video — into a powerful marketing engine across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads.
This is not an entry-level editing gig.
This role is for someone who:
- Is already a strong video editor
- Understands social platforms
- Is hungry to grow into a senior media / growth role
- Wants real responsibility, not just tasks
- Is excited to learn ads, strategy, and scaling alongside a founder

What You’ll Be Doing
Core Responsibilities
- Edit long-form video into:
- YouTube videos
- Shorts / Reels / TikToks
- Ad-ready creative
- Process live video into clips and campaigns
- Organize and manage a growing video library
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands
- Help shape content structure and flow (not just cut clips)
Growth & Strategy Exposure
- Collaborate directly with the founder on:
- Content strategy
- Live show production
- Campaign ideas
- Assist with launching and managing paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Creative testing
- Retargeting
- Learning what converts and why
Team Growth (Future)
- Help train and manage an intern
- Eventually lead a small media team as output scales
Who This Is For
This role is a great fit if you:
- Have 2–4 years of experience editing video for social or YouTube
- Are fast, organized, and detail-oriented
- Understand hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Are curious about marketing, not just editing
- Want to build something real and grow with it
- Prefer responsibility and ownership over “just doing tasks”
This Role Is Not a Fit If You:
- Only want to edit and never think strategically
- Are uncomfortable learning new tools or platforms
- Want fully remote, low-accountability work
- Are not interested in marketing or growth
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Highly Valued)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
- Experience repurposing organic content into paid creative
- Experience with OBS, live streaming, or podcasts
- Interest in education, gardening, or product-based brands
Pay, Growth & Incentives
Starting Pay
- $22–$28/hour depending on experience
