The Head of Production will
lead all production operations

Lead and mentor the

, including studio, technical, post-production, and live events teams.

Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive professional development within the production team.

Production Operations

Oversee
end-to-end production workflows
across TV, digital, and live platforms.

Ensure
broadcast-quality content
delivery, including live events, recordings, post-production editing, and content archiving.

Develop and maintain
production schedules, technical standards, and operational processes
to optimize efficiency and quality.

Budget & Resource Management

Manage
production budgets
, including capital expenditures, operational costs, and vendor contracts.

Oversee procurement, maintenance, and deployment of production equipment and studio facilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with content, editorial, and creative teams to ensure seamless production of programs, campaigns, and events.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film & TV, Broadcasting, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum
12 years of experience in production management
, with at least
5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven experience in
broadcast, live events, or media production
, preferably in government or large-scale corporate settings.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
