We help global companies build influence through brand positioning, media relations, and strategic communications. Our clients include technology companies, startups, and global brands seeking to expand their presence in the U.S. market.

We are looking for a Media & Communications Intern to support media outreach, content creation, and communication strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support media relations and journalist outreach across U.S. and international media outlets

• Assist in building and maintaining media lists and journalist databases

• Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, thought leadership articles, and PR materials

• Support the development of brand narratives and media story angles

• Conduct research on industry trends, media coverage, and competitor communications strategies

• Assist in coordinating interviews, media opportunities, and PR campaigns

• Support content creation for LinkedIn, newsletters, and other communication channels

Qualifications

• Background in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields

• Strong writing and editing skills in English (journalistic or PR writing experience preferred)

• Familiarity with media relations or PR agency workflows (4A/PR internship experience is a plus)

• Ability to translate complex topics into compelling stories

• Strong research and organizational skills

• Interest in technology, startups, venture capital, or global business

Preferred:

• Experience writing press releases, op-eds, or media articles

• Experience working with media databases (Cision, Muck Rack, etc.)

• Bilingual ability (English + Chinese) is a plus
