Position Objective
Responsible for creating short-form digital video content that supports media sales, advertiser visibility, and revenue growth. This role focuses on transforming radio programming, sales messaging, and campaigns into engaging digital assets across social platforms. Works closely with Sales and Radio Operations to driver measurable engagement, sponsorship opportunities, and data-backed performance insights.
Tier 1 – Essentials (Day-One Requirements)
- Create and publish short-form digital video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Shoot and edit video using mobile devices or cameras
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Repurpose radio segments and on-air content into short-form digital assets
- Understand social media pacing, captions, branding, and storytelling
- Meet weekly content production targets (3–5 videos per week)
- Collaborate with Sales, Radio Operations, and on-air personalities
- Track and report basic performance metrics (views, engagement, shares, saves)
- Work independently, manage deadlines, and follow brand guidelines
- Perform hybrid work in office, in studio and at locations as needed to capture radio and promotion content.
Tier 2 – Grown Area
- Translate sales objectives and advertiser messaging into compelling digital content
- Identify which radio segments and promotions perform best digitally
- Use performance trends to refine content style and format
- Improve turnaround time and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate proactively with Sales to support advertiser campaigns
Tier 3 – Differentiators
- Independently identify high-value content opportunities tied to revenue
- Anticipate sales and programming needs without direction
- Consistently improve engagement metrics and campaign results
- Demonstrate ownership, discipline, and sound judgment
- Serve as a trusted creative partner to Sales and leadership

Pay: $9.25 - $10.50 per hour
