Role & Earnings Structure

  • Compensation Model: This is a 100% commission-based role. By removing the ceiling of a base salary, we offer our consultants a massive 25% uncapped commission on every deal closed.
  • Earning Potential: In the fast-growing Riyadh media market, a single high-value brand partnership can yield a commission check larger than a standard monthly salary. Your income is tied directly to your hustle.
  • Business Development: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, identifying new business opportunities, creating tailored sales strategies, and negotiating high-level contracts.
  • Campaign Management: Work closely with our internal creative teams to ensure the social creators and campaigns you sell meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven Closer: Proficiency in Media Sales and a track record of high-value negotiation.
  • Strategist: Expert at lead generation and identifying lucrative business opportunities within the GCC market.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong skills in Account Management; you don't just close deals, you build portfolios.
  • Cultural Fit: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Language: Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred to navigate the Riyadh business landscape effectively.
