We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow agency revenue across digital marketing, social media, content creation, and media production services.
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across multiple sectors (F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, corporate, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while upselling and cross-selling services.
- Present media proposals, pitch creative solutions, and participate in client meetings.
- Work closely with the creative, social media, and production teams to develop winning campaigns.
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and track performance.
- Attend networking events and industry gatherings to grow leads.
- Maintain deep knowledge of digital trends, media buying, content production, and marketing solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in marketing agencies, media, digital advertising, or production houses.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing packages, content creation, and media solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong network in the UAE market (advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Arabic or English fluency (both are a plus).
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
