Media Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire key advertisers across telecom, local lifestyle (food delivery, ride-hailing), fintech, and gaming.
• Build a strong pipeline and consistently hit monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.

Account Management & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end account operations from onboarding, campaign planning, optimization, to end-of-campaign reporting.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term revenue growth.

Market & Product Expertise

• Maintain a deep understanding of the KSA mobile Internet advertising ecosystem.
• Understand Transsion Ads' product capability and leverage OEM-level media advantages to influence negotiation direction.

Internal Collaboration

• Coordinate with product, operations, delivery, and headquarters teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide market insights and contribute to local business strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobile advertising or digital media sales
• Existing KA advertiser relationships in KSA and a proven track record of delivering revenue
• Background in mobile ad networks, DSPs, OEM ads, or leading local agencies
• Familiarity with local media-buying agencies and major regional advertisers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial judgment
• High ownership mindset: self-driven, resilient under pressure, and result-oriented
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
