Job Description - Media Sales Manager
SB Mobility Media LLC, Media and advertising company, is seeking an experienced and driven Media Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media landscape, proven sales experience, and a passion for delivering impactful advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Agency Management
- Maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and brand managers.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide strategic consultation and cross-platform media recommendations.
- Attend client meetings, briefings, and campaign review sessions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities within the media and advertising sectors.
- Prepare and present compelling media proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Represent SB Mobility Media LLC at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Lead and mentor junior sales executives to drive team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in media sales, preferably within a media agency, publishing house, or broadcast network.
- Strong understanding of media planning and advertising principles.
- Proven ability to develop high-value client relationships and close major deals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
