We’re Hiring: Media Sales Executive (Dubai)
Location: Dubai (On-site / Hybrid options depending on role requirements)
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Media Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. If you’re passionate about media, digital trends, and building strong client relationships while closing high-value deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in media and advertising
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop tailored media solutions aligned with client marketing goals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and manage successful media partnerships
- Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and operations teams
- Stay updated on digital media trends and emerging platforms
- Manage CRM systems effectively for pipeline tracking and reporting
Compensation:
- Option 1: 25% uncapped commission structure
- Option 2: Base salary + 10% commission (structure subject to experience, performance, and deal size)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven expertise in media sales, advertising sales, or business development
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and performance-driven selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service mindset with ability to retain clients
- Familiarity with new media, digital marketing, and advertising trends
- Experience working with CRM systems (mandatory proficiency)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in media agencies, advertising, or sales roles is a plus
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
