Media Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Media Specialist to plan, execute, and manage media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, media campaigns, and coordination across digital and traditional platforms.

This position requires a native Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency and good command of Chinese (Mandarin, HSK 5 & above) to support multilingual communication with stakeholders across the UAE, China, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement media and communication strategies aligned with company objectives
• Create, edit, and manage content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for media coverage and promotions
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate communication standards
• Monitor media performance, engagement metrics, and prepare analytical reports
• Manage press releases, media communications, and brand messaging
• Stay updated on media trends, digital platforms, and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and media management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
