ESI is seeking a Medicaid Business Analyst that analyzes and improves business processes, identifies opportunities, and develops and documents solutions to complex problems, acting as a bridge between business and IT, and leading business analysis activities.

Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

Solution Design:Design and develop solutions that address business needs, considering technical feasibility and business impact.

Project Management: Lead and manage business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure. Communication and Collaboration:

Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decisionmaking.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans.

Problem Solving Identify and solve complex business problems, using analytical and critical thinking skills.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, such as requirements specifications, process diagrams, requirements traceability documents, and user manuals.

Training and Mentoring Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts.
