Medicaid Care Assistant / Caregiver $15hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing or caregiving, with a focus on patient monitoring and observation.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in the individual's condition
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for the individual
• Assist with mobility and perform heavy lifting when necessary

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving, or related field
• Familiarity with patient monitoring and observation
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Ability to work with individuals in nursing homes or community care settings
• Capacity to handle heavy lifting tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
