The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant to support our Boise office. You’ll greet patients, manage scheduling, assist with insurance and billing, and keep office operations running smoothly.
Key Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendar
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Answer phones and handle correspondence
- Order supplies and process shipments
- Support clinical and office staff
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (office/medical admin experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Friendly, professional, patient-focused demeanor
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
