DentSpa Clinic is one of Turkey’s rapidly expanding names in health tourism, welcoming international patients in pursuit of confident and healthy smiles. Since launching in 2018, we have grown into a multicultural team of 200+ professionals from over 13 different national backgrounds, speaking 7 languages. We are now looking for motivated, patient-focused Sales Consultants to join our expanding team and contribute to our mission of elevating dental tourism standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide international patients – Present treatment plans clearly, communicate value, and assist patients in making informed decisions.
• Make dentistry understandable – Convert medical explanations from our dental team into simple, reassuring language.
• Ensure smooth coordination – Work in close collaboration with dentists and fellow advisors to deliver a seamless experience from first contact to treatment completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or dentistry.
• Strong communication ability, confident in explaining treatment details clearly.
• Fluent in French and Turkish (additional languages are an advantage).
• Patient-focused, empathetic, and comfortable working in a multicultural setting.
• Target-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (knowledge of MedicaSimple is a plus).
