Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Medical Aesthetic Sales Representative to join our growing U.S. team. This role focuses on promoting our FDA-cleared laser technologies to med spas, laser clinics, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, and high-end aesthetic practices. High-performing representatives typically achieve six-figure annual earnings with no cap.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell CPMT Laser’s portfolio of FDA-cleared aesthetic laser systems
• Build and maintain relationships with med spas, laser clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic injectors, and distributors
• Conduct in-clinic product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
• Collaborate with our inside-sales, marketing, and support teams to maximize sales performance
• Represent CPMT Laser at optional trade shows, events, and training sessions
• Manage your own schedule and local sales territory as an independent contractor

Requirements

• Prior experience in medical, aesthetic, capital equipment, dermatology, or pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred
• Pharmaceutical reps who regularly visit dermatology, aesthetic, laser clinics, or plastic surgery offices are highly encouraged to apply
• Experience calling on med spas, laser clinics, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, or aesthetic injector practices is a major advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
• Proven track record of sales in capital aesthetic devices, like those CPMT Laser manufactures and sells.
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation
• Bilingual (English–Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
