Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser skin therapies, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
• Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon or med spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment results and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by following proper sterilization procedures for all tools and treatment areas.
• Upsell retail products and additional services through effective communication and product knowledge to enhance client results and increase revenue.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share success stories, and engage with the community while maintaining a professional online presence.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist with inventory management of skincare products, tools, and supplies to ensure availability for daily operations.
• Collaborate with management on new treatment offerings, staff training sessions, and promotional events to grow the practice’s visibility.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar esthetic or med spa setting with hands-on expertise in advanced skin treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong knowledge of management software including Millennium or MINDBODY is highly preferred for scheduling and client management.
• Familiarity with salon software systems like SalonIQ or similar platforms will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability in retail sales techniques with a focus on upselling skincare products and treatments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare while providing outstanding customer service.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing required; additional certifications in laser treatments or injectables are a plus.
• Experience working in a med spa environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential. Pay: $25.00 - $30.11 per hour

Work Location: In person
