Medical Aesthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, laser treatments (electrologist license needed), body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare regimens tailored to each client’s needs.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using software to ensure smooth scheduling and record-keeping.
• Educate clients on skincare products and treatment options through product demos and consultations.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share success stories, and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with team members on guest services, front desk duties, and managing overall salon or med spa operations.

Requirements

• Valid electrologist or esthetician license with experience in medical spa or med spa settings preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox treatments, laser therapy, tattooing, and hair extensions.
• Strong management skills with familiarity using salon management software.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, nail care, hair styling, hair threading, straight razor shaves, and deep tissue massage is highly desirable.
• Creative flair in makeup application and color theory to enhance client results.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
