Medical Aesthetician

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician with a passion for skincare, patient experience, and results-driven treatments to join our growing aesthetic and wellness team. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping clients feel confident in their skin and enjoys working in a professional, luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with advanced facial treatments such as HydraFacial®, DiamondGlow®, dermaplaning, and chemical peels—but we are open to training the right person who demonstrates enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments including HydraFacial®, DiamondGlow®, dermaplaning, and VI Peels.
• Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations and skin analysis to recommend products and treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of professional skincare lines and educate clients on at-home regimens to optimize results.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Ensure all services are delivered with exceptional care, professionalism, and consistency.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment notes and client records.
• Collaborate with the medical team to support combination treatment plans (e.g., facials before injectables, post-procedure skin care).
• Stay current with trends, new technologies, and best practices in aesthetics and skincare.
• Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician License in the state of Ohio (required).
• Prior experience performing HydraFacial®, DiamondGlow®, dermaplaning, or chemical peels preferred but not required—training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor suitable for a high-end medical aesthetic environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Team player who contributes positively to a supportive and collaborative work culture.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
