Compensation

This position offers a competitive compensation structure designed to reward motivated professionals.

Compensation includes:

• Base Salary
• Tips
• Commission on treatments
• Commission on retail products

Estimated earning potential:
$5,000 – $10,000+ per month

Income growth is directly tied to client satisfaction, treatment results, retail recommendations, and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including:

• Chemical Peels
• Cauterization
• Microneedling
• Morpheus Treatments
• PRP Treatments
• Dermaplaning
• Fibroblast Plasma Pen

Conduct comprehensive client consultations and skin analysis to develop customized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals.

Educate clients on treatment options, upgrades, and professional skincare products to achieve optimal results.

Build strong client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and long-term loyalty.

Deliver a luxury-level client experience through professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service.

Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and compliance with all medical spa regulations.

Assist with social media presence and brand growth, including:

• Before & after results
• Short educational videos
• Treatment demonstrations
• Skincare education content

Support the overall success of the practice while also building your personal reputation as a trusted skincare professional.

Provide occasional support with client communication and scheduling when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician or Medical Esthetician License
• Experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments in a medical spa setting
• Strong consultation skills with the ability to confidently recommend treatments and skincare products
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Comfort with social media and video content creation
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and delivering real results for clients
