Your Expertise

• 3+ years of hands-on spa or medical aesthetics experience
• Strong understanding of skin physiology (epidermis, dermis, DEJ)
• Advanced knowledge of treatments, skin conditions, and product recommendations
• Ability to confidently guide clients through customized, long-term skin plans

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and executing high-level treatment plans using multiple modalities
• Delivering a 5-star, white-glove client experience that drives retention and referrals
• Managing your client pipeline: charting, follow-ups, rebooking, and outreach
• Actively contributing to brand growth through events and social presence
• Continuously refining your consultation and sales process

Schedule

• Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
