Medical Aesthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional skincare and aesthetic services. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skin care treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and professionalism
• Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and recommend personalized skincare routines and products
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Aesthetic Records, ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow
• Educate clients on skincare products through product demos, upselling relevant treatments, and providing aftercare instructions to maximize results
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to proper sanitation protocols for all equipment and treatment areas
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products, supplements, and aesthetic tools to support client goals and business growth
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share success stories, and build lasting relationships
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, managing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Stay updated on industry trends such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, tattooing, hair styling, barbering, straight razor shaving, color theory, and hospitality practices

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in dermal fillers or Botox.
• Proven experience in medical aesthetics or med spa environments with knowledge of advanced skin treatments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards applicable to aesthetic procedures to ensure safety and compliance
• Ability to perform specialized treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, nail care services, tattooing or other cosmetic procedures is highly desirable
• Experience managing social media platforms for marketing purposes is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle retail sales and upselling confidently
• Energetic attitude with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals through professional guidance and personalized care
