Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team as we open our Medical Spa. We are open to adding other Esthetician services such as Dermaplaning, Chemical Facials, Peels, etc. if the job seeker has previous experience. Since we are new and starting fresh, there will be opportunities to grow into full time and further roles as we expand our business.

We will be offering referral bonuses if new clients are brought in, as well as commission to maximize your compensation.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-medical aesthetic treatments, such as Hydrafacial.
• Conduct non-medical consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable skincare or non-medical aesthetic procedures.
• Manage appointment scheduling using software such as MangoMint, ensuring efficient flow of client visits.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations during all procedures to ensure client safety.
• Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and meet sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment confirmations, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and certifications to continually improve skills and service offerings.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share success stories, and engage with the community online.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required.
• Proven experience in med spa or clinical aesthetic settings preferred.
• Experience with facials, specifically Hydrafacial is a huge positive.
• Familiarity with management software like MangoMint is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for all aesthetic procedures.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling products and services in an honest and transparent manner, while maintaining a genuine client relationship.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while providing personalized care.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
