Medical Aesthetician

Job Summary

Must have Hydrafacial and Dermaplaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of skincare treatments such as hydrafacials, esthetic laser treatments, Ultherapy to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, retail products, and treatment options to promote informed decisions.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using Square software
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Engage actively in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and connecting with clients online to grow our community.
• Assist at the front desk by welcoming guests, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent guest services at all times.
• Upsell retail products and additional services confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Support team members with management tasks when needed and contribute to a positive salon environment rooted in hospitality excellence.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in skincare treatments; additional certifications in laser, med spa procedures are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and product recommendations.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
• Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes; experience in social media management is desirable.
• A proactive team player with management skills capable of assisting with retail sales, product demos, front desk duties, and team collaboration.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods while performing detailed treatments; attention to sanitation protocols is essential. Base Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
