About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for a medical aesthetician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical aesthetics, preferably with hands‑on exposure to lasers, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and device‑based treatments. We are seeking a provider with a documented track record of exceeding revenue goals, delivering exceptional outcomes, and maintaining strong patient retention.

You will:

• Practice in a supportive, professional, and uplifting environment

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced, medical-grade aesthetic procedures including (but not limited to):

– CoolSculpting, CoolTone
– Microneedling
– Laser resurfacing and skin tightening
– Other device-based treatments within your licensure

• Provide high-quality facial
• Participate in results-driven consultations, creating complete, customized treatment plans

• Assist as needed as a backup clinical assistant to our physician (training provided)
• Support administrative tasks such as phones, booking appointments, and checkouts when required
• Maintain treatment rooms, assist with stocking, inventory, and overall cleanliness
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive, high-performing team culture

Qualifications

• Valid MA Esthetics License
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
• Laser, microneedling, or device experience required
• HydraFacial experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong consultation and sales experience required
• Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and maintain strong patient retention
• Professional, polished, positive, and patient-centered demeanor
• Ability to perform independently while contributing to a team of experts
• Detail-oriented, driven, and committed to exceptional results
• Passionate about ongoing education, mastering new techniques, and building a robust clientele
• Full-time availability: Every other Saturday required.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
