Position Overview:The Aesthetician will be responsible for performing advanced skin treatments, supporting treatment plans, and ensuring a high standard of patient care and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical-grade facials, chemical peels, and advanced skin treatments
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on skin physiology, treatment protocols, and home care regimens
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of treatments and progress
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with medical providers to support comprehensive aesthetic plans
• A patient-first mindset with a focus on experience and outcomes
• Team collaboration and adaptability
• A polished, professional presence that reflects our brand standards

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Aesthetician License
• Experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting preferred
• Strong understanding of skin physiology and treatment modalities
• Knowledge of chemical peels, microneedling, and corrective skincare
• Ability to communicate treatment plans clearly and professionally
• Commitment to ongoing clinical education and skill development
