Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care procedures with precision and care
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual needs
• Deliver product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare routines
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout their visit
• Support retail sales by recommending appropriate products and conducting engaging product demos to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, facials, skin care products, client relationships, building and maintaining cliental
• Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification required; additional certifications in laser treatment or dermabrasion are a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean treatment environment
• Ability to educate clients about skincare products through engaging demos and detailed explanations
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures, answer questions, and provide professional advice
• Experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry is preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
