Medical Aesthetician – Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Practice

Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time / Part-Time

We’re looking for a talented Medical Aesthetician to join our team! Our practice is built on exceptional patient care, trust, and results—and we’re searching for someone who shares those values.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Takes pride in delivering thoughtful, customized treatments

Experience with advanced treatments is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to grow are just as important.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other aesthetic treatments
• Educating patients on skincare products and treatment plans
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment

Experience

• Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or Esthetician with expertise in microneedling treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within clinical or spa settings.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and skincare products.
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products and conducting product demos is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Active aesthetician license
• Experience in a medical or clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $24.87 - $29.95 per hour
