Medical Aesthetician

VYVE Wellness is seeking a full-time Medical Aesthetician to join our Integrative & Functional Medicine clinic. They will be an integral member of the VYVE Wellness team, delivering a range of body contouring and regenerative aesthetic treatments in a professional, clinical environment. In this role, you will work directly with patients from consultation through treatment completion, developing individualized care plans and building lasting patient relationships that drive program enrollment and retention.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on device experience, genuine enthusiasm for patient outcomes, and the interpersonal skills to guide patients confidently through their wellness journey.

Primary Responsabilities

Service Area 1 — Body Contouring Program

Administer non-invasive body contouring treatments using the following platforms:

• Emerald Laser — low-level laser therapy for fat reduction and body reshaping
• BTL Devices — radiofrequency and HIFEM-based treatments for muscle and skin toning
• T-Shape Technology — combination RF and vacuum massage for contouring and cellulite reduction

Service Area 2 — Regenerative / Medical Aesthetics

Assist with and perform the following regenerative and aesthetic services:

• Microneedling using SkinPen — skin resurfacing and collagen induction therapy
• Hair Restoration Treatments — supporting PRP-based or device-assisted hair regrowth protocols

Additional Clinical & Patient Care Responsibilities

• Administer aesthetic treatments safely and effectively in accordance with clinical protocols
• Conduct thorough patient intake, skin assessments, and pre-treatment consultations
• Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Enroll new patients into customized treatment programs and guide them through their care journey
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, at-home care, and maintenance protocols
• Document patient records, treatment notes, and progress accurately in the practice management system
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless scheduling and patient flow
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment environment compliant with clinic standards
• Stay current on product knowledge, device protocols, and industry best practices
• Represent VYVE Wellness with professionalism, warmth, and commitment to patient satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• Current, valid Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician license (state license copy required upon application)
• Strong consultation and patient communication skills — ability to build trust and confidently present treatment plans
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-first approach to care

Preferred / Strongly Desired

• Hands-on experience with body contouring devices (Emerald Laser, BTL, T-Shape, or comparable platforms)
• Experience performing or assisting with microneedling (SkinPen or equivalent)
• Familiarity with PRP or hair restoration treatment protocols
• Experience with patient enrollment, consultation-to-close, or treatment plan sales
• Working knowledge of practice management or EMR software
• Background in a clinical, medical spa, or physician-directed aesthetics environment
