Job Summary

This role combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service, providing personalized consultations and delivering a wide range of cosmetic procedures. As a key member of our aesthetic practice, you will utilize your skills to educate clients on skincare routines, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure a relaxing, professional experience that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth. Your energetic approach and passion for aesthetics will help elevate our clients’ satisfaction and loyalty. Duties will include:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment goals, and develop customized treatment plans using advanced skincare products and treatments.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize client flow and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care while promoting retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages through upselling strategies.
- Assist with social media management by creating and participating in engaging content, promoting services, and expanding our online presence to attract new clients.
- Support front desk operations including guest services, managing inquiries via phone or email, and coordinating appointments seamlessly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in management tasks such as inventory control, treatment documentation, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment area.
- Provide exceptional guest experiences by fostering a welcoming atmosphere that emphasizes professionalism, hospitality, and personalized care.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Candidate must have current Maine licensing as required by state law
- Previous work experience in a med spa or hospital setting is highly desirable for understanding medical protocols related to aesthetic procedures.
