Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including laser treatments, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and other high end services .
• Provide professional skincare consultations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver additional services to your comfort level. This can include but is not limited to injectables, lash extensions, or hydro facials.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards throughout all treatments to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and the benefits of various treatments through clear communication.
• Conduct product demos and recommend retail items that align with clients’ skincare goals.
• Support the team by assisting with retail sales, promoting new products, and ensuring an engaging client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, or related aesthetic procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic treatment environment.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations.
• Familiarity with additional services such as eyelash extensions, facial protocol, or injectables.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products.
• Enthusiasm for retail sales and product demonstrations to support client satisfaction and business growth. Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour
