We are seeking a Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ confidence and overall skin health. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including Hydrafacials, medical facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, and BBL/MOXI Treatments with precision and professionalism.
• Provide expert consultations to assess clients’ skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Manage appointment records in an EHR.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment benefits.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Upsell retail products and additional services through excellent guest service skills and product knowledge.
• Attend events within the community to market yourself and the business on occasion.

Skills

• Proven experience in medical aesthetics or med spa environments strongly preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to coordinate treatment schedules effectively.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR software.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly and confidently about treatment options.
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters guest loyalty.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols.
• Experience with BBL, MOXI Laser, and Microneedling is strongly preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling strategies to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Social media experience/interest for marketing purposes preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
