Location: Honolulu, HI (on-site)

Job Type: Part-Time (W-2 employee)

Compensation: $22–$30+/hour DOE + commission as your book grows

Schedule: Flexible part-time, approximately 16–28 hours/week

About Us

Glow Skin+ Laser is a brand-new aesthetics program launching in partnership with a well-established Honolulu pediatric practice — caring for the teens we already know and love (think acne, scarring, and early skin concerns) and the parents who want to feel their best, too. It’s a warm, family-centered setting where thoughtful skin care meets trusted, long-term relationships.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a kind, motivated aesthetician — recent graduates absolutely welcome — to grow with us from the ground up. You’ll be trained hands-on by a physician on the Aerolase Neo laser and PCA SKIN chemical peel system, and you’ll help shape the look and feel of the program.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Aerolase Neo laser treatments and PCA SKIN peels (full training provided).
• Conduct skin consultations and build personalized treatment and home-care plans.
• Care for a unique mix of teen and adult patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records, photo documentation, and a beautiful treatment space.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Hawaii Esthetician license.
• Genuine passion for skin and patient care.
• Eagerness to learn — no prior medspa experience required.
• Warm, patient communication style, especially comfort with teens and families.
• Reliable, kind, and team-oriented.
