In this role, you will perform advanced esthetic treatments while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of esthetic services, including facials and body treatments.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment area at all times.
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Manage appointments and keep accurate, up-to-date client records.
• Support product and service sales to enhance client results and satisfaction.
• Assist with social media engagement to promote services and connect with clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively while delivering high-quality treatments.
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a desire to stay current on trends and techniques.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
